We are creating a space
which will be an environmental/psychological respite from an otherwise intense experience. You will
find relaxing music, green tea, smiling faces, comfy cushions, and other non-harsh ammenities. Having
said that, here is a quick guide for dealing with playaover-exertion:
find a shady spot (like our dome) to sit down, be calmed, clear your mind
drink some fluids like our anti-oxidant-rich green tea
talk about what's on your mind
get misted
get un-miffed
engage in some sort of sharing
say nice things
have nice things said to you
negotiate a massage with some essential oils
meditate
