Suggestions For Having A Soft Landing When You Feel Fried

First things first: Fried Green Burners is NOT A MEDICAL CAMP, nor are we trying to guide you in your Burning Man experience. Please see the survival guide on the Burningman.com website for those needs. We are creating a space which will be an environmental/psychological respite from an otherwise intense experience. You will find relaxing music, green tea, smiling faces, comfy cushions, and other non-harsh ammenities. Having said that, here is a quick guide for dealing with playaover-exertion:

  • find a shady spot (like our dome) to sit down, be calmed, clear your mind
  • drink some fluids like our anti-oxidant-rich green tea
  • talk about what's on your mind
  • get misted
  • get un-miffed
  • engage in some sort of sharing
  • say nice things
  • have nice things said to you
  • negotiate a massage with some essential oils
  • meditate
